Okay, I don't know WHAT your problem is, but you'd better FIX IT!

I posted my last journal entry to this account, Nuavarion, on February 1st saying I was moving to a new account, Glitchie. I then transfered MY art from this account to Glitchie and it takes you 39 WEEKS to notice that some of the art is 'infringed upon' or 'stolen'? Get a life!! It was MY art. How can you steal something from yourself?

I had transfered it from one account to the other to make it easy for my watchers to recongnize that Glitchie WAS ME!! And you remove it from there citing me for copyright violation?! How am I in violation of copyright when it is MY ART?! Now, I have LOST one of the pieces you deleted without even contacting me at THIS account to ASK if it was a violation, because I don't know what all I had posted there. It is not MY fault that you make it so no one can change their login ID or delete their account if they don't want it anymore and want to start fresh!

L. Frank Baum wrote the first 14-15 books of the Oz series but he also wrote under pen names, including using a female name, but that did not make the Oz books ANY LESS HIS so DON'T quote Copyright Violation to me on my own art! I announced in the journal entry here called Account CLOSED! posted February 1st 2008 that I was making a new account and what the ID for that account would be - I even set up the profile page using the same email address and more or less the same information on the artist page so don't give me this copyright violation crap. The art is MINE and you should have contacted me directly in notice to my EMAIL ADDRESS if you thought there was a problem and I would have replied to you sooner.

I have not been on this account since February 1st 2008, having moved all my stuff to my new profile but I made the announcement in the last journal post I had made here. It is not my fault you people can't seem to read. Things would go a lot more smoothly on here for you policing copyright violators if people could change their IDs if there was a universal account NUMBER associated with the account regardless of the name on it. Nuavarion did not suit me anymore, that is why I made the new account, and I would have deleted THIS ONE and all its contents moving it to the new one if that were an option either, but it wasn't.

So yes, I am pissed. I am pissed because you people don't seem to pay as much attention or be as 'understanding' as you claim. I do not share my email account with anyone. You would have heard from me. Did you know that before everyone got their panties in a bunch over copyright laws, aspiring artists would GET famous artists to sign their pieces as it meant to them that they were good enough to be acknowledged for their art by a person they considered a TRUE artist? It was when art began turning a profit that they got mad and instated copyright laws. But you are barking up the WRONG TREE if you thing that there is some infraction on copyright policy and violation between users Nuavarion and Glitchie as it is one and the same person. You'd best research your claims or hunches a little better in the future as I know I am not the only one you've pulled this crap with. AND to make thing EASY on you, I will remove the pieces from here one *I* repost them to Glitchie and if you try pulling this shit again with me, you will be out both accounts because I will delete ALL my stuff from BOTH accounts.
